Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Chapter 464: Geszelain Appears

Chapter 464: Geszelain Appears

Elsewhere in the galaxy...

"Peter?"

The Guardians of the Galaxy stare at their leader, Star-Lord.

He looked down at his hands, eyes wide as he watched the celestial power briefly flicker in his palms before fading.

The mantis breathed slightly, seemingly waiting for the next explanation.

"What happened?" Gamora approached him, concerned and puzzled. Her leader and lover seemed unusually uneasy and conflicted.

Star-Lord smiled slightly, breaking the silence.

"They're coming," he said quietly but firmly, his hands clenched into fists. "I know for sure. My family, my brothers and sisters, whoever they are, I feel it."

At this time, on the distant planet Dathomir, the witches were experiencing this earth-shaking change firsthand, their hearts filled with surprise and fear.

Tarzin had mixed feelings. She was excited that Ilsigi's daughter had gained the long-desired power, which would benefit the entire nation, but she was also worried about the possible consequences.

"Young Asajj," she frowned, looking in the general direction of the power's origin, "are you ready? Prepared for the path it may lead you to? Are you willing to forsake everything you know for what is to come?"

By now, the young Dathomir hybrid had completed her "ritual" and was sitting cross-legged on the floor, but she looked a little slouched and had her head hung low.

Wanda asked suspiciously, "Is this supposed to happen?"

Traya responded with an unspoken patience: "We'll wait and see."

The lone human and the two Sith spirits were silent, their eyes fixed on Ventress. She remained in her position, not moving at all. When Asajj's gasps reached a peak, Maximoff could not help but let out a terrified scream and stepped back slightly. Ventress readjusted herself and knelt on the ground, sweat on her forehead. The Sith assassin's willpower made her stand up again.

"Did it work?" Maximov asked.

Asajj raised his trembling hands, his eyes filled with anticipation, as if he was waiting for a miracle to happen.

Traya advises: “Go deep within.”

Ventres nodded silently, then closed her eyes and began to focus inward, going back to her actual physical experience, focusing on the strong feeling that ran through her body.

Suddenly, Wanda exclaimed, and Asajj's eyes opened, revealing a shocking sight.

Ventres stared at the white and blue energy flowing between his palms.

She couldn't express how incredible the situation was.

"What is this?" Asajj asked in a low voice, confusion evident in his voice.

Sakuzo responded in a low voice, "Unbelievable. This...what did I think this was?"

Traya asked the Sith founder, "Do you know what this is?" There was surprise in her eyes.

Sōzō whispered, "This is what we once tried to study. What Ajunta, Maul, and others tried to emulate when they shaped the Force, in order to create the power we have. It is a lost form of the Force, its primordial state. It can weave and create anything, manipulating matter down to the molecular level."

Traya, on the other hand, was more focused on Ventres, feeling the depth of the force: "This is a being that could potentially surpass both the Sith and the Jedi. If properly trained, perhaps a balance could be found between the two."

After hearing these words, Asajj felt a slight pushing sensation at the back of his head.

She bit her teeth lightly and began to close her hands. The light between her palms seemed to have plastic properties. They changed shape and texture according to Asajj's will, and finally formed a glowing blue-white ball of light when she put her hands together.

"Wow," she whispered, the only words in her mind being amazement at the miracle in her hands. She did it!

Asajj smiled. She really had mastered this power that had been out of her reach for so long. Now it was in her palm! This was an amazing spectacle, as if created by an invisible force, with distinct layers, echoing in the air. Asajj and Wanda noticed the strangeness of this spectacle at the same time. They raised their arms high, as if looking for something.

Wanda's hands glowed with a unique light, a symbol of her power, while Asajj's hand was ablaze with fire, and the other hand held a radiant lightsaber.

Their attention was quickly drawn to a woman who looked elderly. However, her appearance was deceptive, for she was not weak, but powerful. She was dressed in a crimson robe adorned with bone-like accessories and intricately carved patterns. Although her eyes appeared milky white to the average eye, her vision was far superior to that of a normal person.

Wanda narrowed her eyes and carefully observed the carvings on the old woman's robe, and a familiar feeling slowly spread in her heart. Until she whispered the name "Gethzerian", her psychic power became stronger.

"In the flesh," said Dark Side practitioner Gerthzeran, founder of the Nightsisters, with a hint of playful malice in his voice, "My reputation always precedes me. Scarlet Witch and Starchild, you have power, but you have not yet discovered me. You are still novices."

Gthzerian turned to the Sith Soul, who stared back at her with a blank look.

"Oh, Sith," the Nightsister founder sneered, "you power-hungry, jealous fools who can't stand those who pose a threat to you."

Traya seemed unmoved by the insult.

"Maximov, do you remember a proverb on your planet? The pot hates the kettle?" asked Gerszerian.

"That's it."

“It’s quite appropriate.

"What do you want?" Sado asked, her question sounding bored.

"I assure you, I mean no harm." The old woman said kindly. "I was just curious and wanted to satisfy it." Her smile widened. "I'm glad I came..."

"You sound disgusting," Wanda said with a frown, and Asajj found herself silently agreeing with the Avenger for the first time.

Gerthzerian ignored Scarlet Witch's comment, either being unmoved or not finding it insulting at all.

"Child of the Stars." Gerthzerain called Asajj, her eyes burning. She stared at Asajj, her voice full of temptation: "You do not know the potential you have. Sister, join me, I will guide your gifts and help you embark on the path of true greatness."

Ventres, however, scoffed at the tempting offer. "While it is a charming offer, I must decline. I have made a promise to my clan and cannot break it." Her tone was firm and unwavering.

After hearing this, Gerszerian sighed softly, then chuckled. "What a pity," she whispered to herself.

Gerthzeran then pulled a strange object from her robes. The object was difficult for living people and spirits to identify, and it seemed to be woven from a withered blue light source, surrounded by a copper hexagonal mesh cage.

As Wanda focused her gaze on the object, she felt a faint, familiar surge of power. The same feeling reached Ventress, who could not help but look down briefly at her glowing hands. The blue object seemed to come alive and began to glow, resonating with their energy.

“This, children,” Gerthzerian’s voice enveloped them, “is what you have been waiting for. This is a legacy gift from the stars, from the creator of the universe. Now, it is my property, courtesy of Zalem.” She smiled more broadly at Wanda. “And thank you, darling.”

Wanda folded her hands and summoned a blinding red orb of energy. Her lightsaber flew out, hovering in a blinding scarlet glow, ready to strike.

"You won't have it for long," she declared, releasing the energy at Gerszerian, who simply yawned and reached out a hand to easily dissolve the energy.

At the same time, the object in her hand exuded a stronger energy, and this energy poured into her palm like a tide. "Although it's a little cute," she sneered, "but the power is here. You're just beginning to master it." As soon as she finished speaking, her hand quickly stretched forward.

A sick green lightning shot out from her palm, pointing directly at the Scarlet Witch. This sudden attack made the atmosphere around them instantly tense.

In front of her double-bladed lightsaber, the energy of the explosion seemed to be swallowed up, however, the ground beneath her feet was cracked by the impact of this force, and Wanda's expression began to become nervous.

A playful smile appeared on her lips, as if she was talking to herself: "In this way, you can master this power, let us see what you can do." She did not choose to continue attacking Wanda, but turned to Ventres.

The strengthened Dark Jedi Knight attacked quickly, and every contact with the Force Lightning made her feel a powerful push. Unlike Wanda's persistence, she was pushed back by this force every moment. Unconsciously, Asajj used the new power to strengthen her own defense, but she soon realized her move.

Her power collided with the lightning, and the explosion caused her to fly back as if hit hard, and crashed into a nearby abandoned spaceship. Wanda's voice sounded, with a little warning: "Don't expect too much, you are still unfamiliar with the power you just inherited."

Wanda herself was suspended above the ground, her power flowing like water, and her lightsaber crackled as if it had life, resonating with the emotions of its master. Gerszerion faced her with a sinister smile and said enthusiastically: "I long for such a challenge, such a battle."

But soon, her expression turned into a disappointed sigh, "Alas, I'm needed more elsewhere."

Sickly green energy swirled around her. There was a hint of mystery in her words: "I hope we can meet again."

Then, this energy accelerated like a whirlwind, gradually engulfing Geszerian's figure and turned into a beam of light that shot up into the sky.

Wanda, Asajj, Tria, and Sōzō watched as the founder of the Nightsisters just appeared and then left so quickly for no apparent reason. Wanda whispered to herself, "She...she left."

Wanda looked up at the sky, trying to confirm whether she was hallucinating.

Asajj was equally confused. The two women stared quietly at the night sky of Dathomir, their hearts filled with curiosity and confusion about the person who had left.

"Why did she leave?" Sado asked curiously, "I thought she had plans for Dathomir."

No one could answer her question, so Ventres asked in confusion, "Where did that seed come from?"

"It comes from Zalem's territory." Wanda gave a quick and clear answer, with a sense of urgency in her tone. "In Zalem's territory, there is a spot that emits a strange blue light, and it is this spot that emits this powerful power. In my opinion, the source of all this points to that seed."

Wanda didn't care at the time, but when this mysterious seed-like thing appeared in Gerszerian's hand, she had an ominous premonition in her heart, a fear of the unknown, and she began to think: 'Why did she take this seed? What is its purpose? '"

"The alliance against Gelserion currently has limited strength." Asajj said with a wry smile, her voice full of helplessness and frustration. She knew that even if she gathered all her strength, she might not be able to resist the threat posed by the seed. And now, all her plans seemed to have become futile because of the existence of the seed. This made her feel extremely confused and desperate.

Maximoff was well aware of Asajj's bitterness, and she had just been conferring with the leaders of several of Dathomir's tribes, trying to build an alliance against Gthzeran. However, how could she explain this to them? Whatever efforts they planned to make, it seemed that they would not be able to achieve anything now.
